Join us this Sunday at 10am on a scenic journey over Guanella Pass, where the aspen should be displaying their best fall colors and the traffic is generally light. We will continue along US 285 to Morrison, and then complete the loop to end up at Mark Herzfeld&#39;s Italian Villa in Genesee. Arriving there, you will be treated to an Italian-themed lunch, to be augmented by the fruits of our Car-B-Q cooking challenge.<br />Hope you can join in the festivities!<br /><br />We will leave from the parking lot on the south side of I-70 at Exit 254. <br /><br />As the calendar event suggests, those wanting to give it a try can attempt to cook our food as we drive using the engine heat. It involves double wrapping your food in foil to place on a part of your engine that gets very hot. Details have been sent in an email earlier. Plus, we will send out an email confirming with further details. Please don&#39;t do this if you feel it will damage your car! Or if you feel it&#39;s not your thing.<br /><br />BUT DON&#39;T WORRY, you don&#39;t have to participate in the Car-B-Que to eat. Mark will be cooking up plenty of food for us!
